Yes there will be no more of Lance in competition and it is sad that he never made the 8th win but will be remembered as the guy who helped millions of Cancer Sufferers !

Great work ethic and whether "Saint or Sinner" a great human being that helped others as he no doubt helped his friends and family through turbulent times. What will follow in the next years remains to be seen as there are so many out there that have an adverse reaction to "tall poppies ". Came into Road Racing as a champion elsewhere and continued his quest for perfection until the 7th Victory in thr Tour De France and on his return became a man of the people and very much more approachable for fans , did this lack of [previous sinle minded focus cost him even more victories?

Contador is on his bike again and we will endure journalistic commentary upto and including the Vuelta Espana, we may even have a scapegoat offering inthe REFC mail room , disclosed will be some nonentiety taking home the missing letter as a trophy !

Spain's economic woes are such that even the King of Spain will take an interest in Cycling if it helps keep the populace stable, the Government has hopped on the band wagon in an attempt to appease the masses.

REFC has a lot to answer for and no doubt the several members will quietly resign and fade away into the sunset. Those that remain will feel that their country is being victimised by outsiders . Arriving in La Londe friday night 12th feb i took directions from a Policier Nationale and then came across him again SAturday morning.

Don't take people as they appear has always been a rule i work with; each person has their own story.

This character is a little larger than life, reminds me of "basher Malloy" from Manly Police of many many years back.

Christophe Bizot was a French National Heavyweight Boxing Champion 1993 to 1996 and Vice European Champion 1995/6 ; wouldn't like to mix it with him in the dark if in the wrong.

Well Ireland lost the plot and went under 22 to 25 so not yet sent the email with all the health issues etc going on. Ireland's final try was so painful to watch that i wouldn't have been too dissappointed had they been denied by the french

Mallorca Challenge Sunday was a day that the UCIless took their ball and went home !

At the 11th hour this race found the sponsorship and support to be run in 2011 ! Will it be run in 2012 when the Sponsors see how they are treated by the body governing this sport ?

I don't need a radio , i have a whistle but who cares ?

ARE WE TO RETURN TO THE DAYS OF THE PHOTO , when the boys were men carrying all they needed each day and there was no support when they encpountered problems ?
